Shipping and Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free within the U.S. if you spend over $100 USD (as long as calculated shipping rate is less than $15). Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and delivery speed. If you are only ordering books, we charge a $2 flat shipping rate. Orders placed with free shipping applied will be sent by standard mail.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method but generally arrive within 3 to 10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer shipping within the U.S. and to Canada at this time. Shipping prices to Canada do not include any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be required for delivery - these are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service at info@carabie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please note that the returned item must be unused and with the tags still in place.

Are your stuffed animals made with organic material?
Yes, all our stuffed animals are made with GOTS certified organic cotton. And yes, we not only mean the outer fabric, but the inner stuffing is all organic cotton too! We prioritize using safe, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic materials, that are gentle on sensitive skin.
Are the materials used in your products free from harmful substances?
Absolutely! Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are free from harmful substances and comply with safety standards. Your child's health and safety are our top priorities. Our stuffed animals are GOTS certified, a strict global standard that you can read more about here.
Can I wash the stuffed animals?
Yes, all of our stuffed toys can be washed. Generally, we suggest gently hand washing and air drying. We recommend checking the specific washing instructions on the product's tag or packaging. For more detailed care guidelines, please refer to our Care Instruction page.
What age range are your stuffed animals suitable for?
All of our stuffed animals are safety tested to meet or exceed U.S. standards for ages 0+. It is important to remember to never leave a young child unattended with toys, including our stuffed animals. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that no soft items (including stuffed animals) be kept in a young child’s sleep area.
Are your books made from sustainable material?
Yes, all of our books are made with FSC certified paper and printed with plant-based inks.
Will you be releasing any more products?
Yes! Carabie’s mission is to promote health inclusivity, offering organic stuffed animals and children’s story books that are geared towards inclusivity, sustainability, and safety. While we have started small, our goal is to have a whole variety of animals pals and stories. We encourage you to join our mailing list to receive updates on new product releases, promotions, and exclusive offers.
