Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Calculated at checkout, Free on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): Calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the United States and Canada (additional fees apply).
Damaged or Lost Packages Carabie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
